Wholesale Terms & Conditions


Wholesale sales involve us supplying goods at a discounted price in exchange for a customer purchasing a larger than retail quantity, so that they may sell our items at their retail outlet (website or physical shop).

We provide our services in good faith and always strive to provide excellent customer service and goods of the highest quality and in sellable condition.

Buy purchasing from us, it is assumed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

Order procedures

Orders valued $150-$1500 should be placed through TradeSquare. For larger orders ($1500+), we advise that you contact us first to check on stock availability.

If you wish us to source an item for you which we do not normally stock, you will need to contact us directly using our Contact Form. We welcome bespoke orders!

Minimum order value

For all orders, a minimum value of $150 (excluding GST) applies. There are no minimum quantities for individual items. Orders greater that $500 will receive free shipping.

Retail price

We suggest that you use the recommended retail prices on our website as a guide for the selling price for each item. You are, of course, free to charge more or less than the RRP if you wish to do so.

Selling restrictions

We do not allow selling of any of our products on third party sites such as EBay, Amazon, Etsy, Kogan and all such similar outlets, regardless of which geographic region they are based or in which you might offer our goods for sale.

We also do not allow drop shipping of our items as we already offer this service for our products.

You are, however, free to sell on Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest. You are also free to sell our items at retail markets if you wish to do so.

Please note that we do not allow wholesale or retail on-selling or consignment of any of our items. All wholesale arrangements, wholesale purchases or drop shipping of our items must be done through Ethical Wholesale Australia Pty Ltd.


We will not enter into a consignment agreement for any of our products. If you are unsure whether a product might sell in your store, we advise that you get in touch with us for and/or order a small (sample) quantity to test your market.

Payment of orders

Payment arrangements are in accordance with Trade Square sales terms and conditions. Any order made directly with us will need to be paid for upfront, in full, and prior to dispatch. While me are unable to offer credit, such facilities are available through Trade Square. 

We will inform you about any out of stock items, shortages, or anticipated order delays at the time of placement of your order, and prior to payment. We do not substitute items unless requested to do so.

Change of mind

Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty goods

We will always do our best to assist you with any damaged or faulty goods. But please note that we cannot accept claims for return of items which have been damaged during shipping more than 7 days after the date of delivery. Claims for damaged goods received after this time will not be accepted.

For faulty goods, please contact us immediately to discuss remedies. While acceptance of faulty goods is at our sole discretion, all sales in our store are subject to applicable New South Wales and Australian consumer laws.

No acceptance of liabilities

By purchasing wholesale from us, you agree that Ethical Wholesale Australia Pty Ltd and its directors and staff will not be held liable for any losses you or your customers may incur which might arise from the misuse, misrepresentation or failure to sell our products.

Customer access

We reserve the right to provide customer access or revoke such access to our store or services at any time should our commercial circumstances change or if we believe that a customer is or has been engaging in unethical or unlawful conduct as a trader. This might include breaching these wholesale terms and conditions, engaging in unreasonable business practices, misrepresenting or misusing our products, our company or our makers, or otherwise engaging in behaviour which may we may consider to be damaging to our reputation.
